proven at advance process nodes. Pioneering in the SoC
field, we achieved first silicon success at 90nm in 2004.
We have delivered numerous high complexity chips at 90nm
where the highest gate count surpasses 60M gates with
clock running at 500MHz whole-chip and up to 3.125GHz
in IO. High-end packages such as flip-chip and SiP have
long been used in our products. With each SoC design,
Alchip has delivered first silicon success on schedule
along with fast production ramp-up. |
