While working on the SING processor for the GRAPE-DR Supercomputer, Alchip helped tape out a 60M gate, 10MB SRAM, 500MHz full chip in less than eight weeks with power consumption of less than 50W. Alchip also holds a wealth of experience creating high-end packages such as flip-chips and SiP products.
